The same hardware, sold differently.
Most red-light devices come from a small cluster of factories. The same assembly lines produce units for dozens of brands. The differences are usually not the LEDs or the wavelengths. The difference is the story wrapped around them.
We do not pretend our devices were invented in a lab that does not exist. We do not stamp a brand name on a generic casing and triple the price. We sell the same class of hardware you can find elsewhere, and we try to be the store that tells you the truth about it.
What “the same factories” actually means
It means the core components are not proprietary to us. The 660nm red and 850nm near-infrared LEDs in the Band, Belt, Mat and Panel, the neoprene wraps, the controller pods: these are standard parts assembled at scale. Other stores take those same parts, add premium packaging, and charge more.
We are not claiming our units are identical to every other unit on the market. Different factories have different quality floors. What we are saying is that the hardware is not the differentiator. The way it is described, priced, and supported is.
Four things we will not do
We have spelled these out on the Why sanamere page, but they matter enough to repeat in full.
Empty review scaffolding looks trustworthy at a glance, but it is a lie. If a product has no reviews, the page will say that. If it has reviews later, we will show all of them, not a curated subset.
Research on red light exists. It was not conducted on our specific devices, and we will not imply that it was. Our products are general wellness devices, not medical devices, and we do not give medical advice.
Every spec row on every product page shows its verification status. If we have not measured a production sample, the row reads Pending sample verification. That label will stay there until we replace it with a real number.
Promotions have real end dates. Prices really do change after them. A countdown that resets forever trains customers to stop believing anything the store says.
What we do instead
We describe each device in plain language: what it is, where you wear it, how long a session takes, and who should consider a different option. If a cheaper device in our own range covers the same use, we say so.
We built a device finder that recommends based on your answers alone. It does not record anything. It will also tell you when nothing in our range fits what you need. That answer is more useful to you than a forced recommendation is to us.

This store says less than most, because less is all we can prove. You can check our claims against the product pages themselves: wavelengths, session length, wear locations, verification status, shipping terms and return policy are all listed there.
