Returns without the guesswork

The Sanamere Band comes with a 60-Day Home Trial. You have 60 days from delivery to use it in your real routine and decide whether it is right for you. Other Sanamere devices retain the 30-Day Wear Test.

How to return a device

Email Support@sanamere.com before sending anything back. We will confirm the return route for your device so it does not get lost in the post. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Condition

The device should be returned in reasonable condition, with all included parts and packaging. We do not require the original box to be perfect, but we do need the device and its controller back.

Return shipping

For an eligible Band return started within the 60-day trial, Sanamere provides the return label. Return shipping for other devices is paid by the buyer. We will confirm the address and label arrangements when you contact us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned device, we will refund the original purchase price to your original payment method. This typically takes 5 to 10 business days after the return reaches us, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you would prefer a different device, return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Items not eligible

Devices that are damaged through misuse, missing major parts, or returned after the applicable 60-day Band trial or 30-day device window may not qualify for a full refund. We will tell you before any partial refund is issued.
