Terms of Sale

These terms apply when you buy a device from Tri Star Data Group LLC through the Sanamere site.

Order acceptance

Placing an order does not mean it has been accepted. We accept an order when we send a confirmation email and begin fulfillment. We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if there is an error in the listing.

Pricing and errors

Prices are shown in US dollars and include any taxes we are required to collect. If we have made a genuine error in pricing or description, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment before dispatch.

Cancellation

You can cancel an order before it has been dispatched by emailing Support@sanamere.com. Once it has left our fulfillment facility, the applicable return process applies instead.

Shipping and customs

Orders include Free shipping · Estimated arrival: within 7 days. Stock may ship from an overseas facility. Tracking is emailed after dispatch, and timing can vary by carrier, destination, and customs. Import duties, customs fees, and any local taxes are the buyer's responsibility where they apply.

Returns

The Sanamere Band is covered by a 60-Day Home Trial, with Sanamere-paid return shipping for eligible returns started within 60 days of delivery. Other devices are covered by the 30-Day Wear Test and buyer-paid return shipping. Contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the return route.

Risk and liability

Tri Star Data Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.

Sanamere devices are general wellness products. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, are photosensitive, or take medication that affects light sensitivity, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
