This page explains what information Tri Star Data Group LLC collects when you use the Sanamere site, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how you can ask us to delete it.

What we collect

When you place an order we collect your email address, shipping address, and order details. This is the minimum we need to deliver your device and send you a receipt.

We do not collect or store your card details. Payment is handled by Stripe on their hosted checkout page, so card data never touches our server.

We use the Meta Pixel, which uses advertising cookies and similar technologies. It records page visits, product views, and when checkout begins, together with information such as your IP address, browser and device details, and cookie identifiers.

Why we collect it

We use your information to process and fulfill your order, send order updates, handle returns or support requests, keep records for tax and accounting purposes, measure advertising performance, and show more relevant advertising.

Who we share it with

We share your shipping details with our fulfillment partner so they can pack and deliver your order. We share transaction data with Stripe so they can process payment. Pixel data is shared with Meta for advertising measurement and delivery. We do not sell your information to marketers or data brokers.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as required by tax and consumer law in the State of Tennessee. After that period we delete or anonymize them.

Cloudflare

This site runs on Cloudflare, which handles routing and security. Cloudflare may see your IP address and browser information as part of that service.

Meta advertising

Meta may set or read cookies when you visit this site and may use the pixel data under its own privacy policy. You can control cookies through your browser settings and manage how Meta uses information for advertising through your Meta ad preferences.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing Support@sanamere.com. We will respond as soon as we can and within the time required by law in the State of Tennessee.

If this policy changes, we will update this page. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised.
